Stella St. Clair orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM.
DHL EXPRESS: Most of countries: 10-12 business days with complimentary shipping.
Pre-order: Delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks with complimentary shipping.
Made-To-Measure: Delivery time is 6 to 8 weeks with complimentary shipping.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved and ready to ship, the courier company will aim to dispatch it within 4-6 business days.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 3-5 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date.
While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Stella St. Clair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Stella St. Clair is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment courier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Returns & Refund Policy
We do not accept returns or refund unless the item you purchased is defective, the tag is not removed and item returned in its original package.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. You must send us the item you consider defective within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the e-mail.
Refunded or returned items should be shipped back to us with either DHL, UPS or Fedex only.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price after deduction of tax and shipping fees, using the original method of payment.
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
Final Sale and Pieces Subject to "Discount Code"
Products marked as "Final Sale" or subject to "Discount Code" cannot be returned or refunded.
Pre-ordered pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
Pre-ordered pieces production lead time: 6 to 8 weeks.
Made-To-Measure pieces cannot be returned or refunded (for example Corsets).
Made-To-Measure production lead time: 6 to 8 weeks.
Produced Upon Orders
Pieces produced upon orders (for example through "Contact Bridal Concierge" or "Corsets" items) cannot be returned or refunded.
Color / Image Disclaimer: Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product’s color and design, actual colors and design may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Stella St. Clair will not accept responsibility for any color or design differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Stella St. Clair, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual color and design, and the representation on our website. In addition, please be aware that colors and textured finishes often vary between manufacturers; for example slightly different shades of ‘White’, different degrees of shininess, and different looks and feel for certain fabrics.
Any returns for a product due to customer dissatisfaction with a finish (that is not a fault) will need to comply with the Stella St. Clair's Return Policy.
