Refund policy

We do not accept returns or refund unless the item you purchased is defective, the tag is not removed and item returned in its original package.

If you receive a defective item, please contact us at orders@stellastclair.com with details of the product and the defect. You must send us the item you consider defective within 2 days of its delivery to the address that we will provide you in the e-mail.

Refunded or returned items should be shipped back to us with either DHL, UPS or Fedex only.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within 2 days, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price after deduction of tax and shipping fees, using the original method of payment.

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours from order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Final Sale and Pieces Subject to "Discount Code"
Products marked as "Final Sale" or subject to "Discount Code" cannot be returned or refunded.

Pre-Order
Pre-ordered pieces cannot be returned or refunded.

Made-To-Measure
Made-To-Measure pieces cannot be returned or refunded (for example Corsets).

Produced Upon Orders
Pieces produced upon orders (for example through "Contact Bridal Concierge" cannot be returned or refunded.
